System is suitable for all kind of electrostatic powder coatings Tube Shaped Objects, Cycle/Automobiles Parts, Garde Equipments, House-hold Appliances, Funiture, Sanitary Fittings, Steel and aluminium sections, metal work parts, articles made of wire and perforations. It is remarkably efficient for all type of powders Epoxy, Epoxy polyester, polyureathene etc. Equipment is simple, rugged & maintenance free.

Following Equipments are Required:

1. Air Compressor : to deliver continuous compressed air to the process.
   
   
2. Oil and Moisture Separator : to remove contaminants from compressed air before feeding it to the process.
   
   
3. Pre-treatment System : for degreasing and surface preparation of the workpieces prior to coating operation.
   
   
4. Powder Spray Gun AS 510.
   
   
5. Powder Spray Booth Cum Recovery System : for recovery and subsequent reuse of over sprayed powder. The recovery system may be Cyclone or Filter-cartridge.
   
   
6. Curring Oven : normally operating between 180 C to 220 C. This may be electrical or oil fired.
