Cup-type Spray Gun can coat with smallest quantity of powder. You can keep different shades / types of powder in the Cup / containers with caps available with this system.

b) Powder Coating Job-work industry for sampling different shades & different types of powder without disturbing their production units.
c) DIY Kit - Do It Yourself. As a hobby you can use this compact powder coating unit for coating - small household items, any antique object. It oven can be used for curing Liquid painted items, for lacquer curing etc.
d) Exhibition purpose - smaller in size but has a whole concept of powder coating.

a) Cup Type Powder Spray Gun with its control panel.
b) Electrical Lab. Model Oven 18" x 18" 18" working Inside Stainless Steel Chamber with wire mesh trays & hanging rods. Digitally Temp. Controller with air circulation blower on the top for uniform temp. Inside the oven.
c) Powder Coating Booth :- 36" x 24" x 24" working size chamber with powder recovery system along with powder collector bin 5Kgs.

Compressed Air / Compressor is also required to operate spray system. Max. Air Pressure required is 15 PSI.
